Specialties include the Kaua'i-onion soup topped with melted provolone cheese; the Namolokama Platter - a combo of watermelon-barbecued pork ribs, chicken skewers and tiger prawns with sweet chili sauce; and pan-seared fresh fish served over a crispy crab cake.
