 Locally grown produce, island fish, and homemade desserts are served at Bamboo Bamboo Restaurant which also features a cappuccino bar. It's quite pleasant to sit outdoors in the Bamboo Garden overlooking Hanalei's lush green taro fields and dramatic mountains at Bamboo Bamboo. Choose from ahi (tuna) spring rolls, potato-crusted mahimahi and Kilauea goat-cheese salad among other items. The food is good, if not especially inspired at Bamboo Bamboo. Bamboo Bamboo is reasonably priced for the area, and the diverse menu will please diners with varied tastes. Bamboo Bamboo is a great place to eat on the island of Kauai located in Hanalei.
