My definition of a Casual Dining Restaurant is a sit down eating establishment that does not compell you to check the prices of everything on the menu before you decide to eat there. On the island of Kauai there are a number of restaurants which fit this bill. However, you should still read reviews or ask the opinions of other people before picking a restaurant to eat at blindly. There can always be a few surprises on Kauai or anywhere else you might visit. So, it is better to be cautious than to end up spending time and money in a place that doesn't offer what you are looking for.
